Lulu DK is a world-renowned designer collaborating with different textile houses to create beautiful fabrics for both indoor and outdoor use. These fabrics have a bohemian flair. The designs are colorful and made with whimsical hand-drawn patterns. In her own words: “...if you are feeling like your life needs a little soul and originality, I am sure you will find it with Lulu DK.” Lulu finds inspiration in her mother and mother nature, considering both as being natural and selfless, beautiful and full of color. Her designs have been used in numerous collections of bed linens, carpets, jewelry, leathers, prints, temporary tattoos, and wallcoverings. Lulu was raised in New York City, as a daughter of an interior designer, and studied design in Paris, where she started painting using the tromp l'oeil technique. After she moved back to the USA, she started painting large walls with florals and geometric patterns for diverse clients. From this experience, she started transforming her designs into fabrics and wallpapers which eventually led her to create her own company: Lulu DK Fabrics and Wallpaper. Lulu shares her talent by collaborating with international brands Nusah Indah, Matouk, and Quadrille.

Although the brand has expanded in different directions, Lulu’s creative genius remains faithful to her mission: "Through the creation of original art, I am to inspire a liberated and colorful life." One of her latest design moves is the creation of metallic jewelry temporary tattoos. Lulu’s hand-drawn designs are transformed into a line of intricate tattoos that are both original and fashionable.
