International Shipping

Thank you for choosing The WorkRoom. We’re pleased to offer international shipping to customers around the world. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Automatic Shipping for Select Countries

We offer automatic shipping cost calculations for orders shipping to Australia*, Canada, EU countries, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.

Simply add items to your cart and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. If your country appears in the dropdown menu, you may shop in your local currency. You may also choose to ship to a U.S. address or to a freight forwarder, if applicable.

Please note that certain products have minimum order requirements and must be purchased in specific increments. Refer to individual product details before placing your order.

All international orders require a $150 minimum. For orders under $150, please contact us at sales@theworkroom.llc for assistance.

Samples

At this time, samples are not available for direct shipment outside the United States. International clients may use a U.S.-based shipping address or a trusted freight forwarding service. Our team is happy to provide personalized guidance to help ensure a seamless selection experience.

Packaging & Handling

For international shipments, fabrics may be carefully repacked and folded to ensure safe transit. This may occasionally result in natural creasing, particularly when multiple items are shipped together. To minimize this, we recommend ordering each fabric item separately when possible. If you have specific handling preferences, please contact us prior to placing your order.


Oversized & Special Handling Fees

Oversized parcels may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. If applicable, these fees will be invoiced separately for your approval prior to order processing. All international orders require prior authorization.

Certain Innovations products may also incur additional shipping charges due to weight. Any applicable fees will be invoiced accordingly.


Shipping Restrictions

Exclusive Brand Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer a curated selection of premium brands through our trusted manufacturing partners. In accordance with brand distribution agreements, shipping availability for certain collections is restricted.

Phillip Jeffries products are available for delivery within the United States only.

The following brands are available for delivery within North America only: Christian Lacroix, Designers Guild, English Heritage, John Derian, Lorca, Matthew Williamson, Ralph Lauren, Royal Collection, and William Yeoward.

Samples for all brands:  are available for delivery within the United States only.

Payment Methods

We accept a wide range of payment options to make your shopping experience seamless, including all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and wire transfers.


Delivery Times

Orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and item availability. Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or increased carrier demand.


Customs & Duties

All items ship directly from the United States. Shipping fees do not include import taxes or customs duties. The recipient is responsible for all applicable fees, which will be collected by the carrier prior to delivery.

We recommend reviewing your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees are non-refundable. Return shipping and reshipping fees will apply. Orders containing items from multiple brands may ship separately and may incur multiple shipping and import charges.


Australia-Specific Shipping Notice*

Australia orders have a maximum insured value of $1,000 AUD (approximately $650 USD). Orders exceeding this value are not eligible for insurance replacement or refund in the event of loss or damage. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these terms.


Alternative Shipping Options

U.S. Shipping Address

Enjoy free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $200!  Samples can be ordered and shipped to US addresses.  Simply provide a verified U.S. shipping address at checkout to qualify for this offer.

Using Third-Party Shipping Services

For international customers, third-party shipping services like MyUS.com, Stackry, and Shippn can be helpful for forwarding shipments.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Set up an account with the third-party service of your choice.
  2. They will provide you with a U.S. shipping address to use when placing your order.
  3. We ship your order to the service, and they handle forwarding it to your international address.

While we don’t officially endorse these services, many of our customers have found them fast and reliable. For more information, visit:


Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or text that includes your tracking details. Tracking information will be available from midnight on the day of dispatch through the link provided, which connects directly to the carrier’s website.

To expedite delivery, orders may ship in multiple parcels. When this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking number.

If you need assistance with tracking your order, our Client Services team is happy to help. Orders shipped to freight forwarding companies should be tracked directly with the forwarder, as responsibility transfers to them once delivery is confirmed.


Returns & Exchanges

All international orders are final sale. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturer defects or shipping damage when shipped via our designated freight carrier.

Items returned due to unpaid customs duties are not eligible for refunds. Return shipping and reshipping fees will apply.

If a third-party shipping or freight forwarding service is used, all claims for shipping damage or lost packages must be handled directly with that provider.


Order Cancellation Policy

In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel an order. These situations may include, but are not limited to, orders flagged as potentially fraudulent, items that are no longer available, pricing errors, items that are not eligible for international shipping, or orders that do not meet vendor-specific minimums or required order increments.

If an order does not comply with vendor requirements, you will be notified and given the option to receive a revised invoice or cancel the order. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully for details regarding minimums and ordering increments before placing an order.
