Whether you are specifying fabric for one room, ordering wallpaper for an entire residence, or coordinating materials across multiple projects, our team is here to assist from the initial sample request through final delivery.

Fast, Personalized Quotes
Send us the manufacturer, pattern name, colorway, and required quantity. We will prepare a personalized quote that includes applicable trade pricing, current availability, minimum-order requirements, selling increments, and estimated lead times.
Sample and Memo Assistance
We can help coordinate available swatches, memos, and cuttings for approval, allowing you to present materials to your clients with confidence. Sample availability, pricing, sizes, return requirements, and shipping methods are determined by each manufacturer.
Cuttings for approval are generally available only for in-stock fabrics.
Phillip Jeffries samples and cuttings are not eligible for complimentary trade benefits.

The WorkRoom offers designer upholstery and drapery fabrics, luxury wallpaper, natural and specialty wallcoverings, performance materials, indoor-outdoor fabrics, trims, tapes, cords, fringes, and decorative borders from an exceptional range of established and emerging brands.
Many additional products are available by special request but cannot be displayed or sold directly online because of manufacturer restrictions. If you cannot find a particular pattern, colorway, or collection on our website, contact us for assistance.
Reorder and Multi-Project Support
We maintain your order history to make future sourcing and reordering easier. Our team can also assist with multi-room installations, larger orders, and projects involving materials from several manufacturers.
Because dye lots and mill inventory can change, we recommend ordering the full quantity required for each installation at one time.
Trade Pricing Tiers
Trade pricing is determined by the eligible merchandise value of an order.
Approved trade members receive access to two preferred pricing levels on eligible purchases. Your approved discount level is based on order value and purchasing activity with The WorkRoom.
Trade members receive a dedicated discount code to apply eligible pricing at checkout. Select members may also receive a separate code for complimentary samples on participating brands.
Trade pricing and complimentary sample offers are subject to brand and product restrictions. Codes cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, membership offers, or coupons.
The WorkRoom is an online retailer and does not maintain its own inventory. All merchandise and samples ship directly from each manufacturer. Products ordered from multiple brands may arrive separately, and shipping methods, processing times, sample availability, and delivery schedules vary by manufacturer.
Phillip Jeffries products and samples are excluded from all trade discounts, promotional codes, and complimentary sample offers.

Who May Apply?
The WorkRoom Trade Program is available to qualified interior designers, decorators, architects, home builders, contractors, hospitality designers, commercial designers, home stagers, set designers, production designers, workrooms, upholsterers, purchasing agents, and established design firms.
A valid resale certificate is required to apply. Trade accounts are intended for verified professional business use and may not be transferred or shared.

Receive Account Approval
Our team will review your application and contact you if additional information or documentation is required.
Request Pricing and Samples
Once approved, you may request trade quotes, availability checks, product information, samples, memos, and project assistance.
Place Your Order
Before your order is finalized, we will confirm the applicable trade pricing tier, product minimums, selling increments, stock status, estimated lead times, and manufacturer requirements.
Apply for a Trade Account
Ready to join The WorkRoom Trade Program? Complete our separate trade application form and submit a valid resale certificate for verification.
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you may request trade pricing, personalized quotes, product availability, samples, memos, and project assistance.

Trade pricing applies only to eligible merchandise and cannot be combined with promotions, membership offers, discount codes, or other special pricing. Applicable discounts vary by order value, manufacturer, collection, and product category.
Phillip Jeffries is excluded from trade discounts, tiered pricing, promotions, coupons, and complimentary sample offers. All Phillip Jeffries products must be sold in accordance with the manufacturer’s pricing and distribution requirements.
Manufacturer minimums, selling increments, sample policies, shipping charges, cut fees, lead times, and product restrictions continue to apply to trade orders.
Approval is not guaranteed and may be modified or withdrawn at The WorkRoom’s discretion. Trade accounts are intended for verified professional use and may not be transferred or shared.
